Parking is difficult and not many dedicated spots on the street. It is very remote and was only used for one night while traveling through. Not a lot of options in the area so your choices are limited. As expected it is an old property and don’t expect cellar in the town.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable The queen bedroom suite, the shower was the size of a camper shower a bit difficult to wash up. Had to turn off the AC unit because it was picking up the smell from the alley garbage cans.

Overall great stay! Staff was friendly and helpful and the location for us was perfect.
Breakfast is usual "free" hotel breakfast and definitely nothing special but ok
We used the onsite laundry also and that was a nice touch

"Very nice property on the edge of Cooke City, situated directly on Soda Butte Creek. Property is very well cared for, with wonderful amenities for visitors. You are a 10 min walk to downtown Cooke, and a 15 min drive to Yellowstone North East Entrance. We enjoyed the Sauna, Hot tub, and laundry onsite. ..."
